Description
A fantastic chance to experience real Bedouin life. Ride a camel, enjoy a quad or buggy safari, watch the beautiful sunset over the Sinai desert, drink and eat authentic Bedouin food, watch a great show of belly dancing, fire-breathing and more. Then stand back and watch the spectacular view of the milky way and stars through a telescope before getting back on your quad or buggy for a final safari through the desert.
This trip runs on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays and Thursdays. .
Upon arriving you will go on a 60 minute Quad biking or Buggies in the Sinai desert, afterwards you will get on a camel for 30 minute safari to the Bedouin camp. On arrival we spend some time in a real Bedouin tent where you can chill out and have a rest, drink authentic Bedouin tea with herbs and smoke the water pipe (Shisha).
After some chill-out time in the tent, experience a delicious Bedouin dinner under the candle light in the middle of the beautiful Sharm desert followed by a Bedouin show consisting of Bedouin dancing, belly dancing and a Tanura show. After all of this noise and excitement you will have some time to sit back amongst the dead silence and look up at the spectacular view of the milky way and stars through a telescope placed in the desert.
After a fantastic evening of drinking, eating, star gazing and experiencing the life of a Bedouin, you get back on your quad or buggy for a final ride back to the quad centre where our mini bus will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel.
Pick up from your hotel around 16:30 PM
Pick up from your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, drive to the middle of the desert where Bedouins live. It will take around 30 minutes to each our destination – Wadi Mandar, a wide valley in Sinai Desert, where the Bedouin boy will be waiting with their camels.
Camel riding experience
You will be riding a camel for a half an hour through the desert, you will watch sunset and practice in the real Bedouin life. After reaching the Bedouin tent you will have some rest, drink real Bedouin tea with herbs, smoke water pipe.
Bedouin dinner & Oriental show
While waiting for your real Bedouin meal, Bedouin guys will show you how to cook real Bedouin bread; you can try your bread-making skills as well. Real Bedouin bread is something not to be missed! Then an open buffet style dinner will be served. You can choose between goat meats, chicken or cofta (kind of beef) served with rice or potatoes with tomato sauce, green salad and tahina (sesames) dressing. Then choose your soft drink and enjoy the food.
Oriental show
After food you watch an Oriental party prepared especially for you by Bedouin guys. Enjoy belly dancing, tanura show and folkloric songs; do not miss the chance to participate in the party!
Stargazing with telescope.
After your dinner our knowlageble astronomy guide will take you to telescopes and will tell you about the night sky & explain you stars and planets locations. You can enjoy star gazing through the telescopes placed in the desert for 45 minutes as well as get a chance to take pictures of the night sky. Night in the desert has its very own charm and mystery. It’s the desert and you shouldn’t miss out on the bright stars in the sky above.
Drive back to Sharm el Sheikh
At the end of the tour we will drive you back to your hotel.
